Rolled tomato topped with cheese

Ingredients :

3 eggs

35 g flour (or flour 15g and 25g cornflour)

1 teaspoon baking powder

100 g of tomato Supreme

120 ml of hot water

60 g butter, melted

100 g smoked salmon

150 g cream cheese (goat's cheese or boursin)

Preparation

Preheat oven to 180 ° c.

1) Beat the egg yolks with the hot water for about 5 minutes until the mixture whitens and triples in volume.

For the filling Mix the cream cheese (goat or boursin).

Turn out the chilled dough and cheese spreads across the surface, sprinkle with sliced ​​smoked salmon and roll tightly. Film and store in refrigerator at least 1 hour.

Cut into slices and arrange on a plate with salad.

 

Tip: You can substitute ham or salmon fillet with chicken.
