Delivery informations
Packages are usually shipped within 48 hours after receiving your payment. The standard shipping method is Colissimo without signature. If you prefer delivery with signature, an additional charge applies, thank you for contacting us. Whatever the chosen method of shipping, we will provide as soon as possible a link that allows you to track online delivery of your package.
Shipping charges include packaging, handling and postage. They may contain a fixed and a variable part based on price or weight of your order. We advise you to group your items in one order. We can not group two distinct orders and you will have to pay postage for each of them. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile parcels. Packages are oversized and protected.
Shipping method
Next the constraints of volume and weight or following quantity ordered, we reserve the right to make the shipment by another method.
Whatever the chosen method of shipping, we will provide as soon as possible a link that allows you to track online delivery of your package.
Responsibilities
Goods always travel at the risk of the recipient. Always check your parcel upon arrival. In case of missing items or damage INDICATE THE USE OF RESERVES.
Almost all of our products is available. If an item be unavailable at the time of your order you would be immediately notified by email. You can have it delivered to the address of your choice: home, work or any other address that you selected in your address book.
Delivery is made in the time slot of mail delivery service performed by the MAIL, or in case of absence, another person enabling the client. The possible delays do not entitle the buyer to claim damages. In the case of defects, the buyer has the right of return as provided in this document.
Are considered as force majeure releasing the seller from his obligation to deliver war, riot, fire, strikes, accidents and the impossibility of being supplied.

Delivery Times
Your order is taken into account once validated by our sales department to receive your payment.
Once your order is confirmed, shipping time is usually 48 hours which you must add the time of delivery of your package, that is to say two days worked in classic mode (colissimo) on French territory and three days in the rest of Europe.
The actual availability of the products you ordered is confirmed by mail no later than 24 hours after confirmation of your order. If your product is "in stock" that means we pass the day in order to be shipped to our factory. If your product is not available in stock, you are notified by mail of the shipping time.
Place of delivery
Our carriers deliver anywhere in France and Europe (UNECE). By clicking on "My Account" then "My Addresses", you can easily manage several different shipping addresses. For your convenience, you can choose to order for you to indulge at your home, your workplace or with a friend.
Transport
We work exclusively with The MAIL, whose reputation is well-established. Your parcel is delivered to the address you choose. When we do a mailing, you will immediately receive an email informing you. To minimize transportation costs are your responsibility, the majority of our products are sent by registered mail. Shipping cost

Tracking
At each stage of processing your order, an email is automatically sent to a real-time tracking. Return and Refund
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, you have the possibility to withdraw and get a refund. Simply send us back the package and within 7 days of delivery date * by mail. Upon receipt, we will assign a number to return the product and we will pass it by email, along with the address where you must return the product. The return number is required. In case of exercising the right to withdraw, we will refund all money paid within 30 days by check or stream bank name and billing address chosen when ordering.
* NOTE: Only products returned complete, in their original packaging, not opened, and in perfect condition for resale will be accepted. The products must be packaged for transport on.
